CSP

I'm currently attending this WSQ Certified Service Professional (CSP) course
in Tanglin for 5 days.

I've got to squeeze with the morning crowd every morning,
smelling their bad breath, body odour.
but best part is that i can do some shopping after class! :)

today's the second day.
so far it has been interesting,
teaching us to change our mindset and stuff.

Good points:
Don't expect but accept
Use another's ego to your advantage
Passion
Think positive
Only you yourself can put you down
and much more

We're given a topic per day and
we have to present our answers to the class.
Today's question was
'How do you see yourself as a service professional?'
